Well, it was the Salsa Festival this weekend in Albuquerque and our friends from Arkansas, the Quirings came for a weekend visit at just the right time. Here are some pics of the fun we had.

We had fun!! 
Best buds doing what they do best...eating. Lots of enchiladas (pronounced een-chi-lathas), burritos (prounounced bew-rrrrrr-eeee-toes), and fajitas (pronounced fah-heet-aaahs). Collin loves it when I enunciate these words with a Spanish flair.

I'm going to be expecting a bottle of hot salsa for Christmas. Didn't we taste test some spicy salsa in the mall one day. I seem to remember my mouth on fire and I think you sweat out about a gallon trying to cool off.
It is so good to hear Jarrod try and speak with that flair! If only he had the Mariachi outfit to go with it!!!

Awwww,Stephanie had Jessica in her class one year in Siloam.....we still have a picture from Stephie's last birthday in Siloam and Jessica was there! Thanks for sharing....and tell Jessica that Stephanie says hi for us! :-)
